Directions to Gold Rush River Resort
|
From Sacramento US Hwy 50:
- Take Hwy 50 East for about 35 miles
- Exiting at Shingle Springs/Ponderosa Rd.(Exit #37) which is one exit past Cameron Park exit.
- Turn left at first stop light and proceed across the freeway bridge.
- Next 2 Stop Lights, at 2nd stop light , turn right LOTUS Road (green Hwy sign points to Lotus) onto "North Shingle road".
- Travel 10.5 miles to Stop sign @ Bassi Road, continue Straight on Lotus.
- Proceed 1 more mile to where Lotus road dead ends at Hwy 49.
- Turn left onto highway 49 (North) and proceed across the bridge, entrance on Left immediately after crossing the bridge, behind the shopping center, camping facilities are located at River Park Resort

|
From Sacramento US Hwy 80:
- Take Hwy 80 East for about 20 Miles towards Auburn,CA.
- Exit at Elm Ave. in Auburn, stay in Left Hand Lane.
- Turn Left at First signal light.
- Turn Left at next signal light onto High Street.
- At next signal light, proceed Straight through light.
- 2.2 miles, turn right on bridge over the river; continue on Hwy 49 South towards Cool, CA., 3.3 miles.
- At stop sign in Cool, CA., Set Odometer to "0".
- 9.1 miles till you end up at a Stop Sign at Marshal Grade Road. Continue straight through Stop Sign
- 0.5 miles, Gold Rush at Ponderosa on your Right BEFORE the Bridge. Stay right after entering driveway, camping location provided by River Park Resort, behind the shopping center.
